Jasmine Lam
Jasmine has dedicated her career to partnering with mission-driven leaders to amplify the impact of social and health innovations that serve the underserved and advance equity. She is keen to bring her experiences in problem-solving in complex systems, strategy development and execution, and facilitation, to achieve sustainable impact at scale. At the TruePoint Center, she collaborates with clients to scale innovations, primarily in the early childhood development space.
Prior to joining the TruePoint Center, Jasmine led international partnership development and operations with the Dr. Hawa Abdi Foundation to support impact and sustainability of humanitarian projects in Somalia. In Canada, she supported development and dissemination of mobile health applications to improve outcomes for those with chronic diseases at the University Health Network. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Toronto and a B.A. from McGill University.
Outside of work, Jasmine spends most of her time exploring Toronto with her dog and partner, enjoying the culinary diversity the city offers, and practicing yoga.
