Over the past 30 years, Lynne has held executive leadership positions in major high technology companies. Skilled at setting strategy, she is a high-energy leader that has quickly gained trust and aligned teams to deliver superior results. Lynne specializes in helping clients grow their leadership skills/capacity, develop their leadership agenda and business strategy, gain organizational alignment and build high performance teams that deliver results. Partnered with the CEO of a major medical services firm to lead an organizational initiative followed by a top 170 leadership meeting.
Assisted the Director of a large US non-profit to develop and execute his leadership agenda including design and facilitation of a top 30 leader retreat.
Provided executive coaching services to a senior leader in high technology. Client attained significant sustainable growth in leadership capability as reported by her boss and peers.
Past Experience
Prior to joining TruePoint, Lynne spent 15 years as Vice President and General Manager of global businesses at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Tektronix and Danaher Corporation. Lynne has a proven track record of developing and leading teams that deliver strong business results in standard products, custom systems, as well as services. In these roles, she has had direct responsibility for R&D, Operations, Program Management, Marketing and Customer Service. Lynne led and coached teams and leaders throughout the US, Asia and Europe.

Personal
Residing in Portland, Oregon, Lynne stays busy with her two adult children and her grandson. Lynne loves to travel, explore the outdoors and cook gourmet food.
