Lynne Weedall

Over the past 30 years, Lynne has held executive leadership positions and non-executive board level appointments specializing in enabling organizations, teams and individuals to navigate the dynamics of complex change.  She has worked in a wide variety of sectors and ownerships structures, including FTSE 100, family-owned, joint venture and founder-led.  She partners with senior leaders to help them unlock lasting sustainable change, diagnosing and addressing root causes not symptoms and bringing a deep understanding of how to make stuff happen from the board room to the shop floor.

 Prior to engaging in consulting and coaching work with TruePoint, she held several corporate HR leadership positions, and was responsible for driving significant business transformation including the merger integration at Dixons Carphone and a digital, purpose-led, culture transformation at Selfridges Group.

Lynne lives in Dorset, UK with her husband and two boys. She balances a portfolio of non-executive roles, coaching and consultancy with a love for fashion, and all forms of dance and art.
