Sarah Wilson

Sarah is a possibility-oriented pragmatist with 25 years of international experience in line leadership and consulting roles.  She is passionate about building organizations where individuals thrive and grow while tackling change and achieving results.   She has designed and implemented large scale operations transformations, built talent-to-value and leadership development systems, and coached many senior executives and top teams.

Her experience includes senior roles at Oxford University (College COO/CFO/CHRO), Unilever (Global VP Leadership Development), McKinsey (Senior Expert, Organisation & Transformation) and prior to that in automotive manufacturing strategy and operations.  She holds a PhD in Engineering from Cambridge University, and certifications in NED leadership, sustainable business, and coaching. 

She enjoys several strategic advisory roles in small organizations with bold ambitions to make a positive difference, through developing collaborative systems-leaders or novel solutions to global challenges. 

Sarah lives in London with her wife and four children. She is a qualified pilot and enjoys adventure in nature, poetry, and photography.
