Mary Nash
Mary Nash is an experienced, inspired and energized partner to leaders who are intentionally focused on developing organizations that are ever more purpose-driven, values-based, and data-informed. She is passionate about co-creating internal capacity to effect and sustain strategic and transformational change resulting in strengthened organizational performance and flourishing stakeholders.
Mary is an educator and coach at heart, passionate about working at the intersection of research and practice. In her 30+ year career, she has served as an executive leader, consultant and coach in a wide variety of sectors, including for-profit, not-for-profit, local/state/federal government, and industries such as healthcare, science/technology, consumer goods, and finance. Mary has taught at every level from Head Start to post-doc. She has served on the faculty of several leading academic health systems including Harvard Medical School, NYU Grossman School of Medicine, and RUSH, and other universities globally (Aalto, Helsinki School of Economics, Helsinki University of Technology, ITESO, Effat University, George Mason University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and others). Mary holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, as well as master’s degrees in education (James Madison University) and psychology (Longwood University).
Apart from work, Mary enjoys traveling with her husband, whether exploring internationally, or road trips especially to visit their six adult children, and spending time in nature with their dog.
